ALL SALES ARE FINAL and will not be subject to refund, cancelation or exchange. Some exceptions may apply. No exceptions on autographed, sale, Limited Edition or pre-sale items.
PLEASE NOTE: Products that are hand-signed may vary from the photos or videos in terms of signature color, placement, or style. We guarantee that all signed product are 100% authenticate. Autographed and Limited Edition products are non-eligible for discounts unless otherwise promoted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will not process returns on items in transit. It is upon STORIED's discretion if products are deemed refundable.
Skate deck colors and veneers and plys may differ from the images shown.

Make a call out in storied language that we don’t own the artwork of all our artists and they’re free to produce graphics and get signed if they desire outside of storied
Due to the nature of shipping signature might smudge. Stores isn’t responsible for third party transit damages, buyer risk
Please note that If we do accept returns and item that was once sold out is back in stock that is because the item was returned

If your return is accepted we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. PLEASE NOTE WE DON'T OFFER FREE RETURN SHIPPING.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. PLEASE NOTE THAT BOARD SIZES, DIMENSIONS, PRINTING, AND CONDITIONS ARE ALL SUBJECT TO CHANGE. We are NOT a board manufacturer and cannot verify all specs are 100% accurate. We work with a 3rd party manufacturer to produce the boards and cannot guarantee all production specs are the same and hold no accountability to any discrepancies outside of our control or knowledge.

Refunds:
If we agree to a refund we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, signed products, limited edition products, pre-sale items, or gift cards.
